Willie McCovey Autographed San Francisco Giants Game Model Bat w/521 HR

This is a 35" Hillerich & Bradsby Louisville slugger bat, with 1/2 inch dip clear and is K75 flame tempered. He put two inscriptions on this both "HOF 86" and "521 HR" Elected to the Hall of Fame in 1986, although he played hurt throughout much of his 22-year career, the Giants' first baseman used a sweeping swing to belt 521 homers and collect more than 2,200 hits. He led the National League in homers three times and in RBI twice, also pacing the circuit in slugging percentage for three consecutive years (1968-'70). McCovey earned National League MVP honors in 1969, 10 years after earning National League Rookie of the Year in 1959. He also had short stints with the San Diego Padres and the Oakland A's prior to ending his career with the Giants in 1980.
