As point guard of the Los Angeles Lakers Earvin “Magic� Johnson led his team to five championships during the 1980s claiming the NBA MVP Award an astonishing three different times. Coining the term “triple-double� Johnson filled up the stat sheet every timed he took the court. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2002.
