Fred Taylor was drafted ninth overall in the 1998 NFL Draft by the Jacksonville Jaguars and played there for 11 years. Taylor started 12 of 15 games for the Jaguars as a rookie in 1998, rushing for 1,223 and 14 touchdowns, a career high, while also catching 44 passes for 421 yards and three touchdowns. On November 11 2007, Taylor surpassed 10,000 yards career rushing and was named to the Associated Press second-team All-Pro team and was named to the 2008 Pro Bowl.
