Bill Bates Autographed Dallas Cowboys Mini Helmet

Mint with no smears Riddell mini helmet personally autographed by former Dallas Cowboys fan favorite Bill Bates. Upon graduating from Tennessee in 1982 as a two time second team All SEC selection he made the Cowboys and would play fourteen seasons with them winning three Super Bowls along the way. His inspirational play lifted teammates and fans alike and as a result he was awarded the Bob Lilly award five straight seasons (1990-1993), given annually to the player who represents character and leadership on and off the field. This was signed March 20, 2010 in Chicago, IL at the Mounted Memories sports card show and includes a picture of him signing as well as a certificate of authenticity from Denver Autographs
